chmod with flag 1 (siteop) - Permission denied

any1 got a quick answer for that one?

i cannot changemod on a folder. Is there something in io confing that could prevent that?

i found out the reason why it didnt work and wanna post it for the forum db.

The folder had no .ioFTPD file and thus no owner (owner nobody/nogroup). So although flag 1 had the permission to changemod he got permission denied. It seems only M flag can do that in that case.
