connection refused

I keep getting error message of connection refused. shut down anti vir and firewall on both pc's on home network but still get same error. also can't find log file to post log. any ideas? any help?

Check for errors in ioftpd/logs dir!

you don't need log file. you can copy info from status window in lower right window
