Cant Upload Any Files!!!!

Ok I am using flashfxp 3.02 and it's been working fine on all my sites but for some reason today I cant seem to upload anything. I can download from my sites but just cant upload to them, when I try to upload anything this is what I keep getting......






Can anyone help me with this annoying problem, thx in advance.

[R] 450-Error during write to file: Disk quota exceeded
contact that server's administrator and show them that error.
they'll explain to you what's going on.

(and for the future reference, !!!! in post title will not get you help any faster than just one of those, or none at all)

oh thx alot for your reply, wasnt trying to get more attention by using more than one !! but thats just how i post stuff, not intended on offending anyone.

(and for the future reference, why should it matter how many !!! i put in posts anyway, its the internet, so !!! shouldnt be that big a deal, just my 2 cents)
