Speed fluctuations

Hi

When I use Flash FXP I have high fluctuations in speed. Sometimes I download at 200 kb/s and then the speed drop down to 50 kb/s. I notice that when I'm not using the computer and the screensaver is on an alson if Flash FXP is not the main program (I'm using something else).

What can I do ?
