Why do I get this error ??

that is purely server error so you'll have to contact server administrator and ask them that question.
but it sounds like something else is writing to that file

the problem is when I resume the file.

I have upload the file twice, firts time I upload 600 Mo of the file. The second time I upload only 200 Mo and when I resume I got this error.

Is it possible that there's not enough space in the FTP ?
