like for example addip
give addip flags to whole group instead of each user..?

No, but you can assign flags to each member of the group.

SITE CHANGE =group FLAGS +Z

(Assuming the Z flag grants access to SITE ADDIP).

Or just add the group's name to "addip" in ioFTPD.ini.
