script for !news on irc?

i need a script that says on irc news about the site when a user types !news.. is it possible? already exists?

Afaik Storms scripts was removed.. :\
I use the built in script in ioJTQ (again, thx jeza.. )
A trial and quota script, maby a bit overkill just to get a news script but its there ;)
I saw i had Stormnews v1.1 on my hdd if wanted/needed, dont think i´ve tested it tho..

www.egghelp.org - search their tclarchives.
There lots of news scripts around, you don't need an ioFTPD one any windrop compatible will do.
