If i limit Client_Outbound_Bandwidth to 50

does that mean each thread a person has is 50kB/s, like 3 connections each at 50kB/s ? or does that mean a user can download at a maximum of 50kB/s no matter how many threads he uses....2 connections each at 25kB/s.

Thank you.

Client_Outbound_Bandwidth = per client
there is a Global_Outbound_Bandwidth which will limit the global outbound bw for all clients but it's for registred version of ioFTPD only

Ok, just bought the $20 key so i could have access to the scripts...i'm really interested in this one:

ioLimitTransfers
http://www.ioftpd.com/scripts/script.php?id=28

But when i go to that link, it just takes me to the main page, and i don't see it listed in the scripts section of the customer portal. Any help on that?
