Using FlashFXP to create a site.

I'm new at Flash FXP. I'm trying to make a website, but i don't know how to get the website files on the website. I heard that it can be done using Flash FXP, but I don't know how. Can anybody help me?

I think you are mistaken with Flash by Macromedia maybe?
