Welcome to the new iniCom.net! First, I want to thank everyone for their extreme patience during this conversion. Three days unfortunately turned into almost a month. While most of the work is complete, we will continue to fine tune site dynamics, content, etc. If you see anything that you think we missed, please let us know in the Suggestions forum.
For our returning customers, we have done our absolute best to merge your accounts, and retain your information. If you had accounts on both boards (ioftpd.com and flashfxp.com), your accounts were combined unless they had different email addresses. If you find you are missing access to a product area, please just let us know, and we will manually merge your accounts. You will need to provide ownership verification for both email accounts. Additionally, while we were able to keep most information in the forums, we decided not to bring over the Private Messages due to complexity and other issues. If there is a private message that is of paramount importance, we can retrieve its contents for you from the old board. You will also notice that your title no longer reflects your FlashFXP/ioFTPD registration status. We have completely changed how this works (now handled by groups), and will re-implement it soon. If you are a registered user, you have been granted access to the appropriate forums.
For our licensed users, the Customer Portal, Forums, and Store all share a single login. As you might have noticed, your initial forums login will require a password reset...this will sync your password with the portal. If your password isn't working, simply request a new one. This complete integration also means that when you purchase a product, in addition to receiving customer portal access, you will also have access to the forums, without having to create an additional account. We hope this makes getting support even easier!
To all ioFTPD scripters, obviously there was a complete rewrite of the script management interface. We ask you to please re-upload your scripts, and let us know if we missed anything. If you are a scripter, but don't have access to upload scripts (through the customer portal), please let us know.
Again, we want to apologize to all of you who have been anxiously waiting. We hope everything is worth the wait! Also, please don't hesitate to report site bugs/anomolies as you come across them. I'm sure I have missed something, but if so, i'll keep you updated.
