NUKE and UNNUKE

exist a metod when i unnuke a dir of remove this message on .ioFTPD.message

unnuke should remove the nuke by default. the unnuke you can change in the messagefile to be empty and it will not add anything

with unnuke my ioA don't remove the message of nuke why?

Apparently the version I released got a bug on this and the one I use work :) Oh well cant be perfect
