Hi

What do I need to change to have my server useing another timezone(GMT +01.00). Only me and someother friends use it, and its pointless to use UTC when we all live in the same timezone.

Do I only have to change scheduler to: Reset = 0 22 * *
to have ioftpd setup to GMT+1 instead of UTC?

Or is there something else?

Search the forums.

Darkone once explained that he doesn't intend to support time zones. Set you ftp client to do the conversion for you.

Cant find the post.

Just because Darkone wont support doesnt mean it wont work? So is it a totaly waste of time trying to get my io to use local time?

The only way possible to have directory and file timestamps to be local is to change your PC timezone. Make it UTC, and then change the time to match your local time (make sure you don't have sync with time server enabled in the last tab of the time dialog). io will see your PC clock is using UTC as timezone, and will then use it for all it's timestamps.
