- are you connecting to local ip ?
if yes, then try PASV OFF

-do you change your CERT meanwhile ?
try a CERT reset...

- try "stat -l" instead of "list -l" because it works much better with ioFTPD

please give some more info about your config.

- behind NAT Firewall or not ?
- connecting from ?
- ftp port & pasv range ? (interfer with other apps maybe)
