Therefore I dunno if you want to make it 01am (ie in the middle of the night) or 01pm (ie during daytime).
Looks like 4 hours difference between utc and localtime.
If in the middle of the night adjust your scheduler to fit:
NewDay = 1 04 * *
If in the middle of the day:
NewDay = 1 16 * *
If any other way. just use your head and do some math. You got when its run it utc and you see your localtime. just adjust when its supposed to be run.
