ok, I've enable the exec command.
And the var are set

[R] 200-SYSTEMROOT=C:\WINNT
[R] 200-WINDIR=C:\WINNT

but I still have the ": mysql_connect(): Can't create TCP/IP socket (10106)" error.....

Is there another way to fix it ?
