For the most part, scripts like these aren't public. Why? Because most people who need pre DB related scripts can write it themselves.
Aside that, not really a place for these forums anyway,. most people request scripts for ioFTPD; however, this script has nothing to do with ioFTPD. It's for your eggdrop so you can see the upload times of releases. I don't see people requesting pre scripts on glftpd's forums.
