I had this issue once before and I figured it out, but its been a really long time since I used ioFTPD.
My problem is when I Nuke something the output is weird. It looks like:
[NUKE] - VCD/King.Arthur.SVCD.TS-Centropy was nuked x by intel@SiTEOPS@no1@FXP - reason: No reason - nukees: 1 2345.31 (mb)

When it should look like:
[NUKE] - VCD/King.Arthur.SVCD.TS-Centropy was nuked 1x by
intel@SiTEOPS - reason: No reason - nukees: 1 2345.31 (mb)

Also not showing who the nukee is.
