Thanks Neo and Harm for quick answers.
I fixed the problem with your hints.

For everybody who has this problem:

open ioFTPD.ini and (for GMT+1) edit this line:

[Scheduler]
Day_Stats = 0 22 * * EXEC ..\scripts\ioBanana.exe daystats

This will announce daystats at 00:00 GMT+1.
