I'll use ordinary non-raided ide drives.. as I don't dare to remove my scsi array from linux (I keep all my sources etc. on it) However, I'll try to plug so much memory in that I can get it to cache even the largest files I have... so hd won't be the limiting factor
(i'll be experimenting adaptive buffers, etc. as well.. they are something that you propably don't want to use on ordinary server - as they might grow to several gigs =D)
