OnServerStart: ..\scripts\rehashbot.bat

rehashbot.bat:
@echo !putlog REHASHBOT

CTRl-F in iob tcl and search for DAYSTATS.
Duplicate that code and change DAYSTATS for REHASHBOT.
Instead of calling the daystats proc, call rehash.
Done.
