Is it possible to disable the nfo announce for the second time?
When some one else races and send the sfv and nfo it shows up again in chan.
Dupe of the files is on.

this announce I mean -:: 4NFO ::- New NFO uploaded in RELEASE/ (release.nfo). Do "!getnfo 1500" to receive it.

I only want it to show once.
