ioB v19 works 100% with latest version of ioFTPD (5.8.4); this means all !commands and site command.
You just need to fixes some things, because latest ioB is quite old now and ioFTPD changed much since then.

If you have some !commands not working, you didn't do something or you did it wrong. Try again.
