Here you go. Put in windrop\scripts dir and load it in your eggdrop.conf. Don't forget to config it (just 2 options ;p). It doesn't support !news add, you'll have to edit the file manually if you want to add/del news. Btw, make sure the file you specify as the news file exists on your hdd.

Edit: argh, seems like attachments are not allowed. Will post it in scripts then.
