Anyone know why my eggdrop stops running after 1 second if i launch it using the bat file wtih a site command?

env file:
REALPATH=%[environment(PATH)]
PATH=%[$path]
SYSTEMROOT=%[environment(SYSTEMROOT)]
WINDIR=%[environment(WINDIR)]
