Upgrade to latest ioFTPD (5.7.5 for u i think) and to latest ioA (1.1.0) and see if things still dont work.
Should always try this first as can be a bit hard to help on every combination and also upgrades often iron out the problems that cause these errors.
If still getting errors after upgrade post again and someone will be able to see if they can see the problem
