ok i find the error..

this stand in my io.cfg
Execute_on_Pre_Path=c:\ioFTPD\scripts\ioBanana.exe imdbpre
and this is wrong

es must stay this
Execute_on_Pre_Path=d:\ioFTPD\scripts\ioBanana.exe imdbpre

hehe

"c:\" can not work
