Usage:
site rules <section> -> display rules for <section>
site rules all -> display all rules from the site
1) Configure Ini correct
2) Add to ioFTPD.ini :
[FTP_Custom_Commands]
rules = EXEC ..\scripts\ioRULES.exe rules
