Ok well sorry, my english spoken really SUX !!
My suggestion is to (re)use the source code from SIRCD (with permissions of course) and update this one to made a STAND ALONE IRCd Script (NOT BUILD IN of course). Someone say use UnrealIRCd i know it.... but it not at all the same product
SIRCD is really really tiny and Smart (like ioFTPD is) ! that's all
