in iob log i have it :

04-01-11 14:16:47 Can't create symlink: d:\rep\MP3\Sorted\Genre\Rock & Roll\Boozed_-_Seizin_The_Day-Promo-2004-CMG.

and others symlinks like today-mp3 from ioa or latest race ... are OK
