what to type in scripts section to get an output? if i dont want this one to be default site who?

iwho = TCL ..\scripts\iTCLWHO\iTCLWHO.itcl

iwho = TCL ..\scripts\iTCLWHO\iTCLWHO.itcl who

does not work.
