If possible, give us the ability to schedule turning of limits on and off for the entire sites bandwidth, upstream and downstream seperately.
Something that may also be useful is to be able to set a maximum amount of data that is allowed to be transferred through the site on a monthly basis. If the transfer gets to be near the site limit, the site warns M users, if the site gets to the limit, it does not allow transfers unless reset.. just a thought
