LIST
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for directory listing.
426 Connection closed: Connection refused.

why do i get this?

I have opened up port 2121 that i uses...
i have tried to connect both passive and regular...

im using port 6000-7000 as ranged ports in the .ini file
