I *think* that you should just change the included ioSecureAdduser.ini file like this:
for
ident@xxx.xxx.xxx.* change it to:
ident_ip_mask = *??@*#.*#.*#.*
and for *@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx change it to:
ident_ip_mask = *@*#.*#.*#.*#
