okay, found old bnctest.exe (from old dzsbot package) somewhere on hdd and changed that line:

set binary(NCFTPLS) "D:/Tools/ioFTPD/scripts/bin/bnctest.exe"

now !bnc works fine :banana:

ps. bnc user has to bypass ssl
