ioA 1.06 and dZSbot 1.08 ...

is it possible that bot announces in irc when doing !reqfilled 001 in irc ???

i only get a Notice ... but bot is not announcing

what to do to get bot announcing on !REQFILLED *** and !REQDEL *** ???
