ah well this seemed to fix my problem

change:
regexp {title/tt[0-9]+/} $oldpage(meta) location

to

regexp {title/tt[0-9]+/} $oldpage(body) location

I kept getting the error
Tcl error [imdb_proc]: can't read "location": no such variable
