i have set the SystemRoot environment variable aswell for the imdbinfo, which works fine
now my only problem is with iozs deleting uploaded files 
if someone could help me i would appreciate it

I was having the same problem, in fact, i was using non-full paths in my
VFS file, ioFTPD seem to accept it with no problem but ioZS not...
