Monthly release I guess.... 1.1.8 is out

Added RescanAll_Delete_Bad_Files = 1
Added date cookie support for requestfile. See example above
Fixed crash on rescanall with only sfv in directory.
Fixed -missing files option was hardcoded. DOH!
