I have now solved the problem. Amazing that it was just that if other or both servers are on port 21 the fxp doesnt work with full speed.
Yesterday luckily tried that kind of combination that both servers are other port than 21 and it started to work immeadidly.
Weird that NAT makes it work slower... I cant believe it even myself...
