If you want encoded (crypted/whatever) FXP, then BOTH servers have to support TLS AND you have to have obe of the latest release versions of Flashfxp, the RC1 would be the best.
THERE you have to mark "SECURE FXP transfer" (or something like it) in the filed where you pick that you want to connect with SSL.
