Ok:
That was not an upgrade, was a clean install...
init.itcl is exactly the same way as original, just configured..
I follow exactly the instructions on install so i guess the script is in right place...

OK, the thing is:
YOU HAVE TO RESTART ioFTPD.exe, not only REHASH
