now we start stepe by step:

u NEED AT LEAST ioFTPD 4.1.5 to get sitewho working.

sitebot = eggdrop/windrop + announcing script

so yes .. this means windrop/eggdrop root.

and if announcing of new dir del dir etc don't work u really should learn how to setup dZSbot .. go through the options and READ CAREFULLY and special: READ THE ****ING MANUAL!
