no you are missing what I am trying to suggest.
the singe ratio can stay. I am asking for an extended ratio command so you can do something like
site change <user> ratioex 0 0 0 2 3 0 0 2 1
This way I don't have to do
site change <user> ratio 0 1
site change <user> ratio 0 2
site change <user> ratio 0 3
site change <user> ratio 2 4
etc
etc
