You can always boost my priority levels by registering/donating

For now I consider webadmin functions more important than making use of groupfiles.
Btw, most ftp clients have scripting/macro capability. And it should be rather easy to make a script/macro that does something like: "site gadduser $group $user $password $iplist" + "site change $user ..\etc\$group.vfs"
