and a close message or something like that, which will be activated by SITE CLOSE (or something like that). That command

Site close won't be implemented =( Something similar to it will be available through: "SITE CONFIG SERVICE START/STOP/REHASH/LOCK" (where lock will allow users with specified flags to log in...
)
