I set chmod 777 Upload. Logged in with the 'other' account and tested to create a directorie instide Upload - it worked fine.
Then i changed the vfs file for the 'other' account and set its ftp root dir to "F:\Upload" / <- the upload folder that i chmod:ed

Now the 'other' user cant create a dir anymore?
