Which version/build of FlashFXP are you using?
You might try re-installing FlashFXP to see if it makes any difference, download the latest release from
https://oss.azurewebsites.net/download.php
FlashFXP is capable of displaying virtually unlimited files. It should have no problem displaying say 10k files.
