I have exactly the same problem! I can't see a way to solve this!
Tried everything of my knowledge, but still can't conect to sites with ident! Keep's me saying that is unable to listen on port 113
And i'm sure any other program isn't using that port, so i run out of ideas.. Any help would be apreciated!
