It would be definitely important to have the "RESUME"/ "OVERWRITE" /"SKIP" options defined for the single files themselves and not for the whole download operation.

Because, you know, for some files which are really large it would be a good idea to use the smart-resume or smart-overwrite feature, while for the others could be a real overkill (too slow and bandwidth consuming)
