I tried:

C:\Programas\FlashFXP\FLASHFXP.exe -get -localpath="C:\" ftp://ftp.ripe.net/mirrors/rfc/rfc959.txt

and works well (the file is completely downloaded). I'm using version 3.0.2 (build 1045).
